Ok so anyone has any moding guide which is actually updated?

I was thinking about using oficial documentation of mm but the actual pages have been or hidden or deleted from the actual page, anyone got a copy or atleast a guide to do the following: Change Drivers Caracteristics, Name,Logo and Description of Teams, also livery creator.
