Hi, Beneed47 !
Open the file "FormulaRR.inccar" and go to these lines:

MaxSeatRear=0.03
MaxSeatFront=-0.05
MaxSeatUp=0.05
MaxSeatDown=-0.02

Then you configure the car's pilot camera.

It was a free add on along with Hockenheim so it should be in your game already, try verifying your game on Steam.
