Download counter for mods

Hi there,

I have a question regarding the download counters for mods. The Total downloads counter gives a different result than all Version downloads (under History) combined. Can somebody please explain how this works?

By all means mention a mod which shows the issue but my best guess would be that one or more versions has been deleted.

Take the 4th one: AC MISC , it has 99 downloads. It's also 99 here.
But in the history it has 110 downloads (55 + 55 as of now).

Good point. I don't understand this but will poke around in the code when I get a moment. (I hadn't thought that it was counting unique users, but that might be part of what's going on.)

Unique users were something I had in mind as well. Curious what you can find!

Finally found a moment to check this out: it turns out (to my surprise) that it is indeed counting unique users.
