The mod is fine, have you installed SemiMoMods? If so have you exported it into the proper folder?

You can use ManifoldWasHere's mod HERE
This mod will replace the in game Alpha Tauri car with the Bugatti. However, it will still be the FOM chassis and the car numbers will have to be changed
