Added option to compare the split time to fastest splits

In the tab split delta there is now an option to compare the split time to the best sectors or the sectors of the fastest lap.

Also the display time now gets to 30s. If you need a larger or smaller time, you can press CTRL + left click on the bar and write your custom value into it.
