Added Advanced AI by Urban Chaos 2.0 (very good, very fast),
Experimental RearGyro cam turned into 3rd person high FOV with Leaning Roll (only in replay),
Finetuned 3rd person cameras,
Link to modded DLC's in the package.

- fixed fWheelbase, fMinSteer & fMinBackSteerRadius (data from MGP17) for all bikes - much better.
- increased moto2 InstabilityThrottleFactor

Camera factor must be 0.5, otherwise the controls become less intuitive - fixed
