F1 2010 Yellow flags

Hi whilst a yellow flag is deployed in f1 2010, the crash or debris is cleared very quickly. often its about 4 seconds before a green flag is shown and racing begins again. is it possible to make the yellow flag last longer. example if 2 or 3 cars crash and wheels etc come off it should stay on for at least 1-2 laps. i have looked at the database file but cant see anything to edit....

I think we're stuck with it until F1 2011 unfortunately
