When working with cross sections in XPacker I've found that the numbers for scale and offset don't get saved (written to the file) properly.
There is a way around the bug: Open the xml file for the cross-section (BobsTrackBuilder\XPacker\XPacks\xpackname\CrossSections\...) and type in the values there. The folder can be reloaded in XPacker with no problems, and as long as those values aren't changed from within the program, their values will persist.
