Lets try again, after disconnecting during the 2nd quail. I went in a custom race with randoms to test the connection. The host was from Brazil and I had no problems then... Strange evening yesterday.

Don't mean to frighten you but I think 1.14 can be done by steve and martin, I'd be happy with a 1.16.

This is one of the few tracks I can actually do consistently without spinning. I did a 1:15.8 last night after 15 laps in GP. I should be able to improve a bit more. Not to Steve or Martin's time, though. Is that time GP or TT?

A 1:14.5 is doable in GP mode by the likes of Noble. But not by me, probably.
1:15.5 should be well competitive.

I dropped it down to 1:14.7, but I probably will get a low 1:15 in qualification as long as none of the AI block my path.

I think I have a done a 1:13 around here but it's a while since I raced here. But I don't think I will get near that this time with no assists. Will try to get some good practice in here though. Watching nobles lap has given me some food for thought. But in league races I really suffer from tyre degradation every race I have done and seem to drop back. So will try to work around that this time around.

I really don't understand how he's cornering so fast without spinning. If I tried any of that, I'd spin on the first corner. If I so much as give it throttle in a corner, my back end slides out. And yet it sounds like he's giving it full throttle in low speed turns in low gears. Also, my 1:14.7 time isn't valid because it was done without fuel or tyre simulation on. My fastest with them on is a high 1:16. So much for being competitive .

Don't worry, it'll come with time. Don't try making too big jumps at a time.
He's keeping his revs to the maximum by downshifting so fast, which gives him more grip to corner at these speeds.

Can do a low low 1.15's with about half an hour practice no assists. So will get some more in as the week goes on. Want to be really competitive here next weekend.
