WTCC vs STCC (comparison)

im just curious about if anyone has found any performance differences over a lap between the wtcc07 and the stcc cars (wtcc06 is slower than wtcc07 i think. correct me if im wrong).

for example between the 5-Speed H-Shift bmw in stcc compared to the 5-Speed H-Shift bmw in wtcc or between the stcc honda and the wtcc honda?

or is there no differences at all? what i can see about the ride heights, weight etc there is no difference. but i might be wrong.

They are exactly the same, so you can use the STCC setup without a problem.

thats an interesting info, i guess its all because of the stcc tracks being more twisty and bumpy compared to wtcc tracks. now i know which settups to change when using a stcc car on a wtcc track.. atleast.

It always felt to me like the STCC cars had more grip...or different grip. But I dunno. It was a long time ago. I guess I got used to it and then when I went back (after the patch) to try the WTCC cars, all of them had the same grip.
I also remember thinking that the STCC cars were easier to powerslide with...

I ahve foudn the bigest deal with the STCC is the tracks, neqarly all of them have a crest exiting a tight bend, this is the key to most laps as the tracks are very tight and in FWD you simply cant apply full throttle til you have wound off some lock,

Am presuming its all about settings, but I'll leave that to the geeks!
