I get this message:

qft = quoted for truth...

files uploaded to the rd server sit in a moderation queue - which means a supermod has to approve them before they can be downloaded.... if something that is already there is updated, it goes back into the queue and requires reapproval... that's what's happened to the mini skin pack today.....

I mean fuel and tyres.
Or is this only possible to change during the race, which is a bit tricky!?

hmmmmm, am currently getting minidumps when I try to join the event.... one alternative I have (was trying with my XP environment, will try my Vista, which I tried to avaoid due to driver issues, but was connected to the server yesterday)

yes mate - you can use the pit menu presets option on the main menu when in the room....
