This usually stems from a problem on Sector3's end iirc, so they might have some temporary issues on their backend.

Thinking about what you said earlier, maybe for one of the weekend races pick one of the free cars and one of the free tracks (Raceroom raceway for example) and see how the signups go.

I'm with you on this one, I'm not sure why the signups are low for such a great sim.

Could possible be clashes with Project Cars, other events etc.
