So far I've got down to a 1.47.669 in online qualifying in my Seat. I think my pre-qual time could be a low 1.47, but not much more.
In other news I managed 1.48.1 as a fastest lap race

Down to a 1.47.440 in normal practice (normal fuel & tyres) with 7 laps fuel onboard

1:46.6 in practice with tire and fuel on. Was under by 3 tenths in T1 when I had to leave for some errands , 45 definitely there.

nah, it was a bit more serious effort then a Sunday drive... actually it was pretty much on the limit but on a safe driving line not to touch grass.

Finally had some laps where the car was going in the direction I was pointing it. 1:48.2 lap after that -0.6 on S1 but some peeps crashed in front of me blocking the road so no where to go but hitting the brakes.

well, i found another tenth, but lost again a lot of time in the chicane :/
(lost 2 tenth there, compared to my .834)

so i think it's possible to get into the 45.mid times - with some setup work, the beemer prolly can drop down the times to 45.low even 44.high in TA?!

I think for FWD the physical limit should be around 1:45.7, but this is already with taking much risks to get dangerously close to the grass.
