I've made some tests on this track with the CSR and the WTCC '87.

After some setups and always the same amount of fuel (45L) Here are my results (can be much better but it was just to test the cars, not my skills :worship:).

CSR320: 1:37.700
CSR260: 1:39.900
CSR200: 1:42.000

WTCC '87: 1:42.000

I don't know about the Tire Wear and Fuel consumption but for me it seems that the CSR200 can compete with the '87 WTCCs.

Tricky thing with this is, the Cat's corner much slower then the WTCC87's. This in turn while racing removes the time gaining per lap that the 87's have on the Cats. Also even if an 87's is faster in laptimes the cats will have it easy getting by on the straights.

Its difficult to keep different classes as equels on the track because of these small variations. Its been tried in a few events and usually doesnt work out the best, unless its a full field with alot of variation.

Just my .02

Keith

We're not adding Cats are we?
If this is intended get more people to sign up i am afraid that won't help.
Number of sign ups has always been low at sundays, there are not enough people (EURO or US) who can race then.
Personally i don't like the idea of having another class mixed in with the WTCC87.

Actually Marcel, in the past few weeks we had over 12 sign ups for every Sunday race (that was without some of our regulars like Matt. A). Time, track and car selection seems to make a rather big difference.
