Ahh great fun last night, the curbs on this track seem a little bit slippery, every time i touched one i ended up facing backwards.
Had a few spins here and there but managed to keep out of everyones way, made a mistake in the first race that cost me a couple of positions that i managed to gain through others mistakes but all in all great fun!!

Cheers chaps! :pcbeat:

Hi,

I decided to take Dodge Viper GTS-R for this race, but I am not very comfortable with the setup, here is some problems:

- understeer in fast corners
- oversteer in slow corners
- the ride is little tricky sometime, for example under hard braking

Here is the setup I use:

I managed to do a lap in 6:36 with Konigseeg CCGT, with Viper GTS-R it is 6:40, but that is not the big problem now, I think that a little practice help a lot. But I don't feel comfortable with this car/setup, and that is big problem for long race.

Please, can someone help me with this, thank you :)

Wonderful evening, I tried the track a little and Porsche in the afternoon, but knew nothing as time and managed to quickly understand the track, so the times are down and I could be with the strongest departure.

In Race 1 Ries was strong, perhaps too strong, even Hugo, had a rocket start, an ongoing challenge to three, I never enjoyed it so much, it is also true that I have sweated to be with you hehe.

In Race 2 start 7 and because of some error and some touched (sorry) me first go on, but slowly recovering and I can take Hugo to the end with a pass down the straight, as a race, you see that coming out strong from ' last corner ...
But as Race1 Ries was clear, too fast ...

Hugo Thanks for the wonderful event, thanks to everyone and the next race.

Ps: sorry for my english

I find Nordy setups best when they are softer more like a road car than built for a race track, so maybe soften the springs a touch (maybe adjust ARB??) ... with harder suspension I find that clipping a curb really upsets the car.
I might also be tempted to try to reduce the car's twitchyness by increasing rear wing one or even 2 clicks, then reduce the "rake angle" of the car by lowering the rear ride height down to around 7.8 or so (the overall effect of increasing wing and lowering the rear ride height should kind of cancel one another out).
Another suggestion to help cure the oversteer and twitchyness ... diff locks look like they might be causing you trouble ... try a base setting of: lock 35 coast 30 preload 3 ... decreasing coast will help turn the car into the corners on entry, thus alleviating some of your understeer.
Maybe also drop a touch off front camber, drop caster by a click or two (I have seen some of the really fast boys use as low as 4.x in the GT Pros, but likewise some of the fastest keep it pretty much as per default setups), try an increase in front toe -0.3 or -0.4 or even more?? and one or two clicks on rear toe might help too (ie. 0.2 or 0.3).

As with all this stuff though ... you should try one thing at a time and see if it takes you closer to where you want to be, and what I like might feel totally rubbish to you ... so no guarantees mate

BTW ... your times are good, so hopefully some of this lot will help you get consistency
