Did a few laps on the server earlier in the evening and this was looking to be a lot of fun (as predicted), and I was sorely tempted to join ... but along with the cold and sore throat still casting doubts on whether I would last out, some friends also showed up (disturbing my aforementioned practice laps) and they didn't leave till way after the race started - bit gutted as I have seen a few of the recent posts and it sounds like massive fun.

Another time ...

Sorry for missing ... was looking forward to it too.
Hey Michael ... you can't call me a Weischeier ... you're the one that quit cos his setup wasn't perfect - drive around it dude

BTW Dave ... I just had an idea for a series or races ... pick one absolutely classically fun track (Limerock would be perfect), then have several races (eg. one each week OR over the course of a week maybe?) but using a different class of car for each. Just having one track to learn that would mean its just a bit of setup and a lot of fun!!?

EDIT: Something Gary Lenno tapped into when he was organising stuff too was single car stuff using the lesser well driven machines (like the Sunred, Gillet, etc) which was great fun too.

Race 1 was good. Kept out of trouble and made up places from other people's mistakes to finish 12th, holding off someone - I cant remember who it was now. Might of been Filip as it was a blue car.

Race 2 - not so good. Was pushed under braking by Denis, and since I was already braking, couldn't slow down before hitting Filip. I waited and we set off in the last 2 positions. Looking at the replay, Denis didn't wait. Had some good battles with Filip though before he crashed out and a couple of other drivers. Had a lonely race then afterwards to finish in 13th.

Great track, although its really difficult to overtake. :)

^^ you obviously never saw Sander drive that Audi round the Nordy mate ... in the right hands, it is seriously quick and agile round here, and once your tyres are gone in that Vette (which they will be in no time), you might be eating your words even more quickly mate  :)
