James, I was one of the speeders on pit lane for sure. I've raced here for over 18 months and nobody has ever said anything about speeding on pitlane. I'm not sure if it's a rule that is supposed to be enforced or if you've raced somewhere else that does enforce it and expect it here but in practice and quali, where we have ghost ability, we've sped down pit lane for as long as I've been here. Don't know what to say here except we need to set proper expectations and/or state that we want to enforce pit speed limits on practice and quali and warmup sessions.

As for bumping, I don't know specifically what you've experienced but mostly what I see here is very clean driving and more importantly, the intent by our drivers to be clean and I see gentlemanly behavior if contact does happen. Hope your next races are great ones.

For those of you who haven't noticed/haven't seen, regarding different class racing... see the you-tube videos around this linked video about this year's Nürburgring 24h (includes the 20km of the Nordshleife) http://www.racedepartment.com/content/408-24h-nuerburgring-2010.html

Or batter, just go to you-tube and look for 2010 24 hours of Nurburgring... great & many on-board videos there with some "insane" traffic & other situations

Thanks for the reply Dennis. It is interesting to see the differences in replays and as a result shows how much difference occurs on track. For the last few races i have been driving in swingman, with full view of my car and about 2 or 3m of road behind my car. I took a screen shot of what my replay shows which differs from your replay i think. I have attached it to show.

I would be interested to see a pic of your replay at the same point in time or as close to see how they are different. From what you posted earlier it would place you in a different spot comletely to what my replay shows. I ask this for a couple of reason, Ryan spoke of the bad driving that occured in the opening laps which i dont think was as bad as it seemed to be. This ties into my latency point i raised ealier. It may also show how as someone making a passing move that something that should be a small tap or no contact at all from one drivers perspective, can turn into a major off for both drivers. I'm not going on about blame or whatever in relation to the incident (it doesnt worry me at all), its more for my understanding and for me to learn from and hopefully avoid it in the future.
