This was my first race here and it was lots of fun. I dont think it could of been on a better track either.

Bummer you ran out of gas Yves but that at least gave me a chance to win :). Awesome that it came down to the last lap. Great job defending me off Adam. Cheers to all who raced and thanks RD for an awesome event :)

If I race this event Ill use the BMS with you Warren. Im gonna toy around with it right now and upload to the forums. Watch for a link to come.

Keith

Ok Keith, time for you to play coach for me. I have attached my first (feeble ??) attempt to drive the BMS. I kept the setup pretty slow and stable for me to help keep the tail under some sort of control.
Attached file includes the setup and a replay file from a practice mode session using the setup. Lap time was 1.07.5 :wilt:
If you are able to offer some advice, I'd appreciate it, and if so, I can give you my email address for comments. Please bear in mind, I need a dummies setup, I'll never keep an alien (loose) one under control in race conditions. :poke:

EDIT for William: I'll use this skin, which kinda locks me into the BMS up front (so I can't chicken out :) ).

News about me:

Today it seems fifty-fifty if i'm in or not! :damnit:

My girlfriends mother became ill and it seems we'll visit her tonight. But this depends on the time my GF arrives home from work. I'm afraid earliest time i know better will be around 18:30 GMT. I'll let you know...

BTW:

What times do you make atm?

I tested the Peugeot in heavy rain and did a 1:16:6xx.
I shortly tested the CCGT and did a 1:34:3xx. (Much space for improvements)

Sorry I havent uploaded yet, work has been nuts, and its 8:00am and im planning for a 2 day trip to pick up a unit. I might be able to get a stable setup uploaded before I leave (in 4 hours).

The setup I threw together was defintely on the loose side. But I found the key here is remembering how wide the track really is and letting it loose at the apex, and through the exit keeping your speed as high as possible.
