I knew it ... pole will be somewhere under 1:31 and I have yet to dip below 1:32.025 (regular test session, but a perfectly lucky lap). Well, I best go put in a few more hours trying to find some magic.

Had a few laps yesterday in time attack mode ( i know i know :) ), 1:31.364 so far, wont be able to repeat that in real server for sure but just an idea of the time YOU should run :) ( at least i should think ) lol.

3. If you hit another driver during a casual club race and disadvantage him, we expect you to stop and let the other driver regain his position on you. If this costs you many places (eg first few laps) then consider this a penalty for your driving infringement. Doing this shows respect to your fellow drivers and will encourage drivers to be more careful.

So, what happened to that rule then? Slammed off the track in corner 1, driver responsible just carries on as if nothing happened. Thanks a lot for that, mate. :bad:

Well that was a waste of time. No ones fault but mine.

My setup seemed fine and I was able to attack corners and following other guys my speed seemed ok, but coming out of T1 and up the hill I was not getting the same acceleration as everyone else even though it seemed equal coming out of the hairpin for instance. I couldn't use a lower gear as it would be bouncing of the limiter and a higher one meant it was struggling!! I didn't have time to work this out and it was costing me time .

Got a good start from 10th, down at T3 I pushed Ronny into a half-spin and waited for him to pass me back. Sorry Ronny, I was concentrating too much on the car behind and just hadn't judged your braking as well as I should have. Dropped off the back with that and tried to get up a good pace. A few laps in and Ethan had an off after the hairpin and I was closing with my momentum. Braking into the right left switch after I went wide as Ethan took a tighter line and I touched his right rear putting him onto the grass slightly. I tried to keep up, but I was getting throught he final turn faster and passed down the straight. I was coming out of T1 ahead, but he was pulling back past easily up the hill where I was struggling for acceleration. We did this a couple of times b4 Ethan unfortunately ran wide in the last turn taking a big hit :frown:. I did the same a couple of laps later causing a lot of damage. I retired the car after I found I could no longer brake into turns and steer .

I would have struggled for pace the whole race, but had hoped to go the distance and pick up places from inevitable retirements, but it was not to be.

Thanks Hugo and RD. Hope everyone else enjoyed themselves and again sorry to Ronny and Ethan for contacts.

I'm such an idiot, threw away a very possible victory there. I was way in front after about 15 laps, just too easy i guess, so i didn't concentrate enough and crashed
with the crash and repairs i lost about 50 seconds which threw me back in 3rd after stops.
just carried on then, i was angry with myself
crashed again 5 min before finish and got 2nd in the end with some luck.
grats Bob, you didn't crash so you deserve the win :good:

I have just watched the reply and I was in front on the inside line then you turned into me, I did the same overtake with Benjamin Linstruiseur a few laps later and he conceded the place to keep it clean instead of turning into me.

Anyway, great track good night and a victorious return to Mini Friday.

Thanks Hugo and RD.
