Wrong bump and spec values for Tarmac003

If you look at tarmac003 in DX9 mode (i.e. with the highest possible graphics settings), you'll notice that it looks quite blotchy and inconsistent. This is because the scale and offset values for the bump and specular maps are the wrong way round.

If you plan to use that texture, select tarmac003 in venue materials, copy the scale and offset values from specular and apply them to bump, then go back to specular and set the scale to 1,1 and offset to 0,0.
