Wreckfest Hotfix (Update 3) Released

Following a bit of an update misfire recently, Bugbear Entertainment have deployed a sizeable hotfix release addressing many of the outstanding issues...

Having deployed a massive build release earlier this March and subsequently following up with a couple of further update hotfixes, Bugbear Entertainment had a bit of a difficult time with the latest "March Build 3" release, quickly having to respond with a further hotfix to address some unfortunate issues with the game... such is the exciting life of software development!

Not just addressing the issues brought into the title from the last build, Hotfix 3 also adds plenty of little tweaks and improvements to a game very quickly picking up development pace as it closes towards a fully finished version 1 release state.

GENERAL

• AI players now use all cars in all classes.
• Career events now make use of the new weathers.
• Rammer RS is now received correctly as a reward from “Ramming It Down” career event.
• Removed bogus “None” parts from cars that now have proper unique customization parts.
• RoadSlayer GT roll cage can now be removed.
• Sunrise Super’s Sport Exhaust Manifold no longer results in a massive power hit.
• Fixed a number of material bugs in the new rims.
• The cute car icons now have an equally cute ambient shadow.
• Added a new improved default paintjobs for Rammer and Starbeast.
• MP: Dedicated Server console no longer crashes when someone joins while typing a server message.
• MP: Fixed a number of weather setting bugs in Dedicated Server: Setting up an incorrect weather in the event parameters no longer results in clients being unable to connect to the server. Command “weathers” now displays correct event specific weathers. If no weather is specified in the event parameters, a random event specific weather is used.
• Mixed 5 no longer features flying cars.
• Localization, fixed server browser and loading screen text overlap.

Wreckfest is available for PC with console versions due to release during 2018.

...eeerrr...I was not aware there was any problems...LOL...I must not be playing it right...as I have not come across any issues...anyway, absolutely enjoying all the updates so far and the Sim / Game is a real blast...keep up the great work Bugbear.
