World Ranking released

The RACE 07 World Leaderboard gathers Global online lap times and data from RACE 07 on one unifying location.

The functionality and support for this online ranking opens up an armada of new opportunities for both independent gamers who just want to see how they stand out in the competition as well as for leagues and communities who wants to create larger organized competition models.

In order to take part in the RACE 07 World Leaderboard you need to own RACE 07 - The WTCC Game. If you have the RACE 07 Demo installed you are able to register to the competition and try out the rank system on a limited number of tracks compared to the retail game. Once installed all you have to do is press the in-game Register button in the World Leaderboard menu, where after a registration tool will popup. Make sure to fill in the registration form correctly. The in-game Register button will afterwards change into a button which says Ranking Servers, this is where the action begins.

You'll be able to view the top rankings both in-game as well as here on the website. Make sure to visit regularly to check out your own lap times!

Baron, believe me that Christian is a clean driver but extremely fast! He is a wellrespected driverr at www.sim-challenge.com and a very helpful guy!

Bram, I know you are sincere.

But I am somebody a distrustful in life.

I have a question, why we never see christian online?
By contrast, I saw sander online.

Christian should have an engineer for the settings of his car, doing time as fast. lol

When I a in the menu of GTR Evolution (Steam version), there is a menu item called World Rankings. I click on this item, but no list appears. I see a blank red screen, at the top of the screen the word synchronizing appears. When I read the first post of this thread: "Once installed all you have to do is press the in-game Register button in the World Leaderboard menu, where after a registration tool will popup." -> Where can I find this registration tool???

Hi,
I have a problem too with the World Ranking since 3 days,
when I enter in a server, I am disconnected after 1 minute and back to main menu with this message :
"Steam authentification timed out"

Somebody is in same situation or have a solution ?

I'm looking for days and cannot find any solution. In the menu of GTR Evo there is an item World Rankings. When I push that I see the words Authenticating passing on top of the screen. After a few seconds the list remains empty. Not a single laptime to see. Is there something I must change first in a config file or do I have to register me on something?

The servers are probably down for some reason. And the times you can find when you are driving the world ranking or you have to check them online at the RACE 07 website

My first problems are solved. I see two servers which I can not connect bacause there is a version icompatibility. The servers request previous version of GTR Evo.

how often do world ranking server rotate?

id like to try the formula bmw on the world ranking servers but curretnly is holding competition for wttc cars

so when will i be able to compete with the formula bmw?

Anyone eles having trouble with the World Leaderboard servers.

Hi all:

I'm new to the site and fairly new to R07. Having just completed the championship races at Monza WTCC07 last night, I ventured on to the work ranking server which happened also to be Monza 07.

On novice, I set a pretty respectable time or 2:02:355 (2nd fastest of the night).

Just as I finished the session (the timer ran out) it indicated that I'd had a server disconnection. disappointing to say the least. Does this mean that my time won't be recorded. It woudl be a top 20 time on the current novice leader board. Fairly pleasing for 2 weeks of racing this.

Any Ideas?
