DiRT Rally Won't go full screen after update

It seems since the last update I can't get Dirt Rally to go full screen on PC anymore. My resolution is set to the correct 1920X1080, but I now get the desktop task bar and a bar across the top with -, min., and X out. AC and Pcars work fine. Any suggestions?
