Since GTL still is a very Fun-loving Race simulator Team 21 decided to create some competition for the Boss Mustang and Mercury Cougar.

Team 21 is proud to announce and show us the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am project.
The bottom of the model is borrowed from the Cougar, and adapted to the dimensions of the Firebird, Then details where added.
The body mapping and the wheels are finished.

The current model is already ingame and Team 21 is busy working on sound and physics.
There will be two different versions as far as physics for this vehicle are concerned. One that emphasizes the unique position of the Bolliger-vehicle and one that reflects the Firebird in the TransAm specification.
Backfires, brake and tail lights are already implemented. and a secondary HUD type is implemented.

Here you go guys
~~all the car files changed so you can use the Pontiac trans am~~

~~step 1~~

first you need to download the mod from HERE
unpack and install to main gtl folder

~~step 2~~

~~CLICK ME~~
~~just unpack and place in the main game folder of GTL and let it overwrite all~~

~~step 3~~

now just select the GTC-TC-76 box and your good to go burn some Rubber

they are going to release a version with all this done but this will allow us to use the mod

What a car! I can't say if it's anything like the real deal, if anything I'd think the real deal would be harder to drive cos this thing handles like a dream! SO MUCH FUN!
