Windows 10 KB5003690

I just installed the optional KB5003690 on Windows 10, and so far VR performance appears to be improved greatly :)

I've only had a chance to try it on Project Cars 2 so far, where previously I would get some stuttering at 80% Steam SS with a grid of cars, I now get no stuttering and mostly 90fps at 100% SS! Previously, if I had set 100% Steam SS, the game would be unplayable. Same with AC with CSP, although I haven't tried it yet after installing KB5003690.

Anyone else installed KB5003690 and seeing fps improvements?

Thanks!
I'm on 2004 and somehow that update wasn't showing up in the optional list or anywhere.
I had the KB5000842 from that article installed and yeah... Blurry weather bar, taskbar bugs, explorer not opening sometimes and some frametime spikes but nothing I wasn't used to from Win 10 or game updates that lead to these spikes (Fortnite in this case, which I play 1-2x per week with my nephew).

I found a direct download from a German Windows Help Site and all bugs are gone, the frametimes are a bit better, nothing massive though.
