F1 2014 Wind Buffeting?

I have noticed that when running alongside another car (AI anyway), my wheel starts getting banged around like the other car is whacking me, but we are not touching. Is this some sort of "dirty air" simulation" or what...did not notice this in 2013.

This may be it...it was on Shanghai...did not notice it at Melbourne...
