If you have FreeSync, G-Sync monitor and still not getting smooth gameplay when FPS starts fluctuating, try enable this

I have just installed latest GeForce 460.79 and turning this feature on greatly helped at least with Destiny 2, really silky smooth now.
Haven't tried anything else.

Good to know Thx. I am waiting for my new Ultrawide Monitor, maybe this feature will be usefull :) Because it has a Samsung panel with Freesync Premium, which i will use to gsync my GPU. And i am aware of some trouble with brightness flickering. Therefor i have already study possible fix solutions already.

I have not had a gaming computer in a long time and am just figuring all this stuff out again. Seems like there are features everywhere to tinker with. Just when I think I'm starting to get a hold of things, it turns out there is another feature hidden away.
