CountyKid98 submitted a new resource:

Williams car performance boost - Makes the Williams quicker than it was in the default game.

This is a small performance upgrade for the Williams team. This is not intended to rocket them up the field, but rather allow them to actually contest with other cars in the races rather than pick up the last two grid slots.

I tried to apply this change but nothing happens. In fact I tried by myself in the past to make a similar modification, but the game ignores all. In particular I would like to change the starting situation in the career mode, using the real 2020 car performances.
