Why the track Detroit GRID for GTR2 is disappeared?

Some days ago I downloaded the track Detroit GRID for GTR2 created by Sergio Hundo.
Now this track is missing.
Why it's no longer available?

well the track is still downloadable at a other simrace forum so maybe somebody did not like it to be downloadable here on rd
