yeh have checked it out before not enough buttons compared to others and uses fanatic grips..
Its hard to find a rim to compare as in my opinion the cube control wheel looks like its worth the money.

you will get his with customs/ tax anyways unless you get all your stuff in UK (guessing where you are)
otherwise:
www.fi-tech.net (complete wheels need to choose your QR of choice)
www.cubecontrols.it (complete wheels need to choose your QR of choice)
https://www.ascher-racing.com/product-category/steering-wheels/ (get button plate, includes paddles/ shifters, screws and everything. you need to pick/ choose a QR and your own steering wheel of choice and assemble)
https://www.turnengineering.com (complete wheels need to choose your QR of choice)
http://www.leobodnar.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=101&products_id=233 (you need to get with your own QR of choice and is more than your budget)
www.sammaxwellcustoms.com (complete wheels need to choose your QR of choice)

- www.rexing.eu (have read some posts that guys have send back for refund, were disappointed with quality and their promised Pro Software for a year now is still a "promise" only)

suede isn't my favourite looking for durability and feel.
thanks roca for them links, spent some time already at Leo's site some good stuff there defo.
About to send custom request at cube controls and go from there.
is there a section about rim reviews from fellow sim racers?
much appreciated for the replies

your welcome and good luck in your hunt.
google is your best friend (at least in my opinion) and there is a guy (FLOEB) on youtube -> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMyejq_uSX6mdcMcD4uhfDg - reviews in French.
i personally don't really watch nor care about reviews on rims, i find it "borderline" since many reviews are done by people who get the wheels for free to test/ drive with and etc. i can never judge if truthful or not...but that's just me.
i have my list of wheel builders, which less than my 5 fingers on one hand. most wheels will have suede, that's what gives you GRIP in racing/ sim racing on your wheel, unless you like to drift/ street race and etc. (smooth leather in racing/ also in real racing would cause your wheel to slip through your hands, that's why race cars have suede rims, all the time! and when you use gloves suede will last ages. unless you casually sim race, then of course smooth leather is not a problem) in that case, would suggest going with FANATEC PORSCHE 918 wheel (https://www.fanatec.com/eu-en/steering-wheels/clubsport-steering-wheel-porsche-918-rsr-eu.html) and have it converted by one of the wheel builders with your QR of choice.

just prefer rock solid rims, only a part time racer lol
was going to put the Porsche wheel on the list definitely or as a second purchase, sure they was almost double the price a year ago?

Anyways emailed the guys at cube controls about a custom colour schemes and yes was happy for me to come up was a sketch so will work on one now.
Also checked out the tax/customs charges only applies to non eu countries...?

will report back once I get the ball rollin'
