Where would I post to promote a race?

Sorry if im blind and I didn't see it.

I'm trying to get a group going that does casual races every now and then, and i'm trying to "Put it out there" for people to join, but I didn't find anywhere to do that here. If someone could navigate me to it, that would be great. Thanks.
