where is mini challange in game?

I downloaded mini challange and put the rfcmp file in my packages folder .then i opened Mod manager and clicked on Modmge .exe .then hit install , but it does not show up in the game car files.

Try installing the rfcmp from launcher content page instead of mod manager, mod manager is outdated.

Great, But how do you do this? The only thing I have ever used the launcher for is to start the game.
