F1 2010 Where are the crowds?

Hello all.
I have the Steam version of F1 2010, not patched, and I dont have any spectators in the stands.
Is it something I said or is there a logical reason for it? This is my first season with Lotus, not doing too good. I need some support from the fans.

I believe it is the economy. Bernie is charging to much for admission.

Have you checked that the 'Crowds' setting in 'My F1 > Graphics' isn't set to ultra low/low? That would be the most logical explanation.
