So many to try, so little time. ;)

So far for me it's the megane Trophy for it's grippy handling and ability to powerslide, and ferrari 2011 for amazing weight transference feeling and just feeling in control generally. The honda NSX-R for when I want to feel I can conquer driving on ice. :D

ASR 1992 (The immersion as each car has its own flavour in the cockpit and its sounds despite the exact same physics is fantastic. You would swear the turbo ligier delivers its power higher up just from the noise. The Williams screams high tech. You battle with Alesi, Brundle, Schumacher. Brilliant car for multiplayer too.)
ASR 1991 (same but done to a higher level of graphic detail)
Ferrari 458C 2011 (as stated above this car is the one that most feels real. The Red stitching on the leather dash is priceless.Virtuoso quality)
ISI GT Nissan GTR
(Spec Miata)

This. 100% agreed.

Neils corvettes....far better than the NSX.

When you say Neil's Corvettes, do you just mean the ISI ones?

I thought Neils did the rf2 vettes.....

ISI did outsource them. maybe it was him?

They have an awesome tire model and tight fully connected FFB and remind me of the GSCE cars, so I'm reasonably sure it's Neils:)

Neils had done the rf1 Vettes which were in my top 3, so I assumed he did these, they are awesome. :)

Yes; see below.

Corvette C6 road cars now available
News post: http://rfactor.net/web/2014/11/21/ch...now-available/

Coupe, Grand Sport, Z06, ZR1 versions. Z06 has a Z07 physics package, ZR1 has a PDE and 'weight/aero' package for lights on the roof.

I'm told these require build 880 to avoid some issues and that the speedo won't line up until with physics the next build, regardless of current build.

This was another third-party collaboration with Siim, and Niels Heusinkveld's base work.
