What is the process when a post is reported as offensive?

Curious as to whom oversees this aspect of the site. I've reported a post as offensive two days ago, and have heard nothing, and the post remains. I'll PM if someone (moderator) chimes in. To this point, it has been ignored.

Actions:
Reject or Resolved. Sometimes on hold.
You or others will not always get a message about the actions we take.
