not feeling 100% when i turned up at server but felt only fair to honor my commitment to the race and what a grid.

must admit i was a bit disappointed with the comments going around at first about cutting etc... felt like didn't need that hassle and nearly disconnected. still name was down, here to race and thats what i done.

qual happy with performance again, couldn't do as many laps as i'd wanted due to drugs still needing to take effect. 1.9 off front by .5 off my benchmark of Yves popped me 12th on the grid.

race 1. eventful. some good scraps around the place but i did see an awful lot of contact. just a general comment please don't let the races descend to destruction derby type events. race hard but race fair.

mr beermonster had a wee issue under breaking towards the end of the first lap which put him out of shape and then on the grass, unfortunate contact with myself followed but we got going again. thanks for waiting.

as i said not feeling 100% and that led to some issues. great scrap towards the end of the lap where both matt and I tried to occupy the same piece of tarmac. a few "no... after you!" type events followed but crossed the line .3 behind him. really enjoyed that but felt drained.

race 2. drained... tired and mid pack again and when two hondas collected each other at the 2nd chicane even though on the brakes i had no where to go and hit one of them. direction went straight on into a wall. with damage i took the call to go to the pits as a 2min lap for 12 laps with damage was not what my body needed.

overall with my fitness level as it was it was a good race. my point still stands on the over aggressive driving though, race hard but race fair everyone will enjoy it then no matter where they finish.

thanks yves for organising, i love this track and one day will master it!. thanks rd for hosting. hopefully back to full health for next week!.
