These GT nights are great, really enjoyed it, had a good tussle with Neil in race 2 and the racing was good although the starts were a bit hectic.

Cheers for organising this- just managed to sign-in with 1:30 of qualie left! Got a superb start in R1- experienced lag off the line then spun in front of the back-row starters! Got up to 15th eventually.

Race 2 was a little better, avoided the 1st lap shenanigans and managed to finish 8th overall, 2nd in GT sport. Special mention to Bob Miley who had spun towards the end of the lap during race 2 ( i think?) and was coming back onto the circuit, but spotted me approaching on the racing line and moved over. Cheers for that. Also saw Nick Deeley have an 'interesting' accident in race 2!

Qualified P12 which was really good I was quite impressed with myself

Race 1 was okay, got turned around and had to make up positions again. No worries Kennett. I found that the Aston is really quick on the straights but not so good to me in the corners. Finished P15.

Race 2: I had a great start went around the C6 ahead of me, but got caught out in the first coner chaos.
2 laps later a put a wheel on the grass entering the complex and spun. I then got collected by a M3 (Neil I think) sorry mate. Retired.

Its saddens greatly me to inform you that I am not going to be able to make it tonight :sad:
... plans have changed and I have to talk to people face to face and pretend to be sociable tonight, rather than really actually enjoy myself sim-racing at Monaco 88 in the minis with you fellas :weep:
