first of all, sorry Ben for hitting you in the first lap of the first race... as i waited for you to recover, i went down to last place... served me right for such a stupid move... as i had nothing to lose, i started pushing, made up 18 places a finished 6th

i was third at the start of the second race... after 4 laps i even got to first place, but in the end lost it to Kimmo and Thierry who were a lot faster... so 3rd place for me...

i finished 4th in the final order after two races, so definitely a success
thanks to everybody for great driving and of course RD for everything else

Dude, time is flying by. The race is only a week and a half away! That is why I am hoping for some interest in a short practice race this Saturday.

I would love to do a practice race, but this is my first weekend off in over a month, so I can't make promises.

Race 2x 8th places

Race one was pretty incident free for me but i nearly got wiped out on lap one as one driver turned kamikaze and came flying up the inside at i think turn 8 and collided with a car 2 or 3 places up the road from me so i made up a few places there as others tried to avoid the crash i took a tight line and slipped through :curl-lip:
Had some good little fights along the way and nearly caught Yves but he was just too quick for me and i finished about 1 sec behind him.

Race 2 was great fun :tongue: started in pole and managed to keep it in front for 2 or 3 laps as the faster guys crawled all over the back of me but as i started to make the odd mistake they started to filter past.
On lap 4 going into the first corner on the last chicane i got pushed wide by a late braking Torbjorn Lennartssonso i thought he would of left me room for the next corner but no he did not and we collided and he spun so as i waited on the start straight loosing 6 or 7 places waiting for Torbjorn Lennartsson who then leaves the game without saying a word :freaked-out:. So after that it was back to the grind and try and catch the guys in front, crept up a couple of places as others made mistakes and grabbed a second 8th place.

All in a good night of racing so thanks for a great combo Yves.

One thing i find strange is the kamikaze from race one who also crashed out and left the game 2 or 3 corners later, why spend over an hour in practice and qualifying only to leave on lap one? even if you did crash out then would it not be better to stick around and spectate waiting for race 2 to start, you would probably learn more just watching the fast guys for even a few laps.

Great Race! only my setup was horrible...after 6 rounds i lose alot of traction on the rearwheels...but this was i difficult track for me..

It sure was fun, couple of battles with some guys.
