good call on the track and the cars Yves, that was alot of fun. now i just need to figure out how to keep up with you and Keith for mo' fun! happy birthday.

thanks for all the Birthday wishes guy's and for the fun evening :dance2:

qualy: i did a PB of 1:37:9xx but i could have been .200 faster but didn,t put it together to make it happen.

Race 1 : starting from pole and i missed my start and lost 2 places before T1 but i made back to second place under braking at T7 ( long left hander ) and started chasing Keith which i have pass on lap 2 or 3. from there i started pulling a gab slowly but surely until Keith started struggeling and then the gab started to get bigger, finished first with 30 sec advance.

Race 2: wicked fun :dance2: started last but this time had a good start and made a few places at T1, i think i was 4th after T1 behind Keith, in the same lap me and him have traded places 3 times :rotfl: for a few laps i then decided not to attack him so we could make our way into the lead which we did pretty quick enuff. on lap 7 ( i think ) at T9 i over did my braking and hitted Keith so James got the lead ( your 2 minutes of glory :rotfl: ). took us a few laps to catch him and pass him as he made a mistake exiting T3 so once again it was me chasing Keith. by lap 10 i was all over him like a bee on honey :rotfl: and he was defending very hard and i was attacking very hard :giggle: at the end of lap 13 i made a small mistake giving Keith a 1 sec lead over me but i knew he was struggeling so i pushed hard to catch him before the long straight so i could pull a move under braking which i did and succeed :) and took the win home :victory:

thanks Eric for setting the event, RD and all the guy's that was there for the great fun :)

i led the first 2 or 3, I had a stellar start/first lap, then ya'll caught me and I thought id never see you again, then I came in the right hand carousel in the middle of the course and saw smoke and ya'll sittin in the grass, got me all excited...and then you guys caught me again hahahaha, you two are too fast - I think you guys ran me down at a second per lap everytime i had the lead, I tried to stay out of the way as much as possible. i was happy settling for 3rd after seeing those qually times you and keith put down, that 1:39.1 in qualifying was as good as I could do.

Eric, not sure I understand what server settings are planned. is it really "changeable" or are you setting a specific weather option??

Or do we now have a programme that can allow us to set a specific changeable weather pattern?? If so, that could be quite interesting.

The weather forecast is what the weather is going to be:) see post 1....

I dont know many races where the drivers go at 100% blind to what the weather will be.... They all get their forecast before hand:) so now we do too... also notice that their wont be some crazy variations (10degree at warmup and 45 in race:))

Finally managed to get some sleep and do some testing this morning. So far I have managed a 7:01.650, with the first half of the lap being rather sloppy. High 6:5x's shouldn't be a problem with my setup in the Marcos, given some more practice of course. :)

Eric, could you please take me off the reserve list? I can no longer be certain that I'll be able to participate in the race if someone cancels from the roster. Fortunately you have plenty of reserves.

I hope to be at the next one.
