loved it!

great format sprint and feature and the weather file seems to work very well. a great addition.

in the chevy for a race in a very long time (probably +12 months) so adjusting again was fun. new track too but a great one.

got in some good tussles thru the race - luis in race 1 must have been sick to death of my bumper appearing in one mirror then the next. :)

i knew i'd had a few bumps at initial turns in both races but hey no one was driving dangerous and the racing i witnessed was firm and fair, sometime the grass was the worst enemy making the incidents seems worse than they were.

thanks for organising and roll on next S2000 event!

Ok, so:

In race 1 i qualied somewhere in the last places and i finished last, was alone most of the race. Now i realise i shouldn't have gone for full wet tyres because i had no grip in the first laps until it started raining but my tyres were half way worn out by then :D.
In race 2 i lost internet connection right before the start, so no action for me.
Anyway it was a good event and the wheather tool worked excellent!
Thank you all for the event! :)

Times - UK add 1 hour, CET add 2 Hours!

This event is a unique event please read the following carefully. This event is limited to 25 signups so reduce the number of servers required so sign up quick. You must be able to commit to both races as we will race in the sprint server then move to the feature server. Please do not join the feature server if you are not signed up.

You must keep the same car for both races

Reserve Procedure

From this event you must now join before 19.10GMT, otherwise your spot will be given to any reserves on the list. Remember joining at the start of practice and returning later in practice is fine. Joining after this time is not allowed.

Teamspeak

Teamspeak is highly recommended! There are normally quite a few of us on TS during the event including practice who will be more than happy to help you out with some line tips, setup advice & help, race strategy. Remember these are not league events and therefore the passing of information should free & flowing. The best way to achieve that is TS :)
If you will be joining TS please say so in your post, some people may not join because they expect they will be on their own.

Event Changes

There have been a few changes to this style of event, they are:
- Weather is generated by an external tool, forecasts will be given in the signup thread at least 24hrs before the event.
- Qualifying for the sprint race is no longer a super pole session but still remains at 10 minutes so getting two fresh tyre runs is possible.
- The feature length race is now shorter to allow for the possibility of changing just 2 tyres, this has the additional effect of reducing fuel loads.
Feedback is appreciated
