I'm profoundly sorry for my T9 first lap crash. It was quite inexplicable. My car just wouldn't turn in. I must have not slowed enough for the chicaine. Peter. I owe you one... really sorry bro.

My night was a disappointment all around other than enjoying all your company and the fact that our group is so big and strong!!!

Practice and quali showed that I was a second and a half off my times that I was running on server throughout the week. It's quite inexplicable. I must have just forgotten how to drive OR maybe I was taking a turn or 2 wrong.. but that was a new problem for me. Anyway, I qualified in the 14th spot.

Race 1: I am now a very good starter. I picked up 3 places thru the first turn and was running 11th when I made it down the back straight.... into the chicaine.... and into the wall. Sorry again guys.

Race 2: Starting 24th because of my stellar performance in race 1... I got yet another fantastic jump and made up 3 spots. After making a good early throttle exit from T1, I nipped bob and spun him and had to wait up so it put me in 22 or 23rd. I can't remember exactly but I believe I made it as high as 14th or 15th and then hit a wall finishing up my day. I took a tumble in T1 again as reported in an earlier thread as I was t-boned as I turned in. Damage to the car made it a challenge.

Tough night but I put it all squarely on my shoulders.... I'll get better.

Fun times... can't wait until the championship.

Big tactic for me was not to Q yesterday. Did that 4 of the 6 times. And got in the points in those races. :D

Great racing and a nice birthday present for Mini Friday. :)

i love this track:D my internet dsconnected during the race grrr:(

Sorry to hear it. Luckily my internet didn't disconect for once. But instead the pit-stops ended my race..

First, I pulled into the pits and found out I have to set the fuel to the amount I wanted, that's 10 seconds gone, accidently change front left tyre to wets, press the left arrow to make it back to dry tyre and it didn't work! So I thought I'd do a lap on it and come back to pit in for the dry tyre, so I click confirm, sit there for about 5 seconds and realise it's not doing anything, so with 1.5 litres of fuel left (bare in mind it's about 3.5 a lap) I try to get round. Conks out within sight of the pit lane.

Message of the story, I suck at pit-stops.

Was amazing before that though, seriously fun.

sounds like bad luck:( well next race more luck mate:D

Some excellent racing from Philip Antonia. Was good till I came off.

No atmosphere that this event. No one willing to help with set up nothing. The USA and Friday mini races we welcome all, share set ups fuel etc. I asked about the rear wing not 1 person answered!!!!!! ITS A GAME DONT BE SOOOOO SERIOUS!!!!!

Thanks for the race and to phillip for a nice battle :good:

Man, my worst race in quite a while... I'm not a great driver, so I need to practice at least a little to have a nice race. This was the first time I didn't practice for a race, because my week was a bit messy.

Because I'm not a great driver, plus didn't practice before 30 mins to the official practice, I made a lot of mistakes during the race. I also was abit slower than usual, which made push, but without enough practice, I was all over the track...

Such a shame. I hate not being able to finish a race, but I couldn't continue making those stupid mistakes.

So sorry, guys. I hope you had tons of fun!!! :)
