viking takes the win on his debut rally... nice work fella! :thumb:

strong showing from mr carson again... and a case of what could have been for mr yates if he hadn'tve dropped ss2... :becky:

on the whole, pack much much closer this week, with way less retirements.... I LOVE IT!

haven't posted the server yet... i'd like some peeps to try this combo out first...

i haven't really driven on snow yet, so time for a dumb nub question.... is this how the cars in this pack are supposed to act or are they broken? :D

most of them are wheelspinning up to 4th and require totally delicate throttle control... i know it's snow obv... but thought there might be a bit more traction than that... ya know, snooooooow tyyyyrrreeeeesss and all that....

YAYA Finland! Mark Birney (Harpo245)

They do tend to spin alot, but its managable around turns. I find that when braking in 4th, it always loses the rear end. That can be tricky to control. I think the best thing to do there is dab the brake, rather than hold it.

I finished the stage for the first time in the Skoda. Got a 4:22.57. You really need to learn how to handle these cars (on snow) quickly.

5 signups already? Wooow...

Put me in provisionally, depends if the site resolves for me.
i find the site can be a bit hit and miss... but the rscenter always communicates... even when the web site/forum is down.... hope it works out man.... :starving:

Anyone having problems with it braking, turn the front and rear brake strength down by about 600 and then reduce the rear a little more to get the brake balance closer to 60:40. Should feel much nicer on the brakes then :)

Hi Andrew, thanks for getting the +3:00 GMT start time up for me. Unfortunately I just got assigned to a late meeting Wednesday night :director::mmph::doh: and will have to postpone my rally debut until next week. :usa2:

Meanwhile, I'll practice some snow stages to see if I can get anywhere near you guys' times. Cheers!
