Keith nice report!

Sorry about the contact in T1. I see now I had a late turn in and still went for the apex not realizing you had nailed the line.(what a shocker) :tongue:should have stayed a bit wide there to resume sans contact.

I drive Hood view and usually am doing all I can to pilot and the back view button doesn't get used at critical moments for fear of running off track.:struggle:

I also drive no tags for ID and had I realized it was you I would have let you by cleanly in a better spot so we could both go on unharmed.:fwd:

Now why does my car have the crappy old skin on it in the replay? Did my skin not make the skin pack download? I mean if your gonna get smoked on TV ya may as well look good doing it!

No worries mate. And that is a good question....when I made the skinpack I mightve forgot to update my own Custom skins folder LOL!.

Something that does help when running Hood view is "Look to Apex" What this does is rotate the camera slightly towards the apex of the corner and allows u to see inside. If you set it too high it might mess with ur vision, but there is a sweet spot for it.

Next time I will for sure have your skin in there in my own folder :parrot::parrot:

Guys I want to run a practice session Thursday night 8pm EST. Id like to get as many people there as possible, this way we can all work together. Teamspeak is a big help when practicing as its easier then typing advice :).

Glad to see more guys signing up. I Pmed the entire Friday night group and invited them for this race...this week has been less hectic and Im able to put in a decent effort for this race.

Also if you have a skin you would like to use for this Friday PLEASE have it linked here before Thursday night, so I can get it in the skinpack before the race.

See you all on the track real soon.

Keith

LOL, Yes the pit entry is horrid here. I am going to make an alien sounding video to show proper pit entry for this track. Will do that later this evening. Also I will suggest everyone set a key for their headlights. This will help prevent accidents on entry. If you are in close battle with someone, you can simply flash your headlights in a safe spot to let the guy behind know that you are pitting. This will allow him time to adjust his line.

I will post the video up tonite, of what I mean.

Keith

I uploaded a really stable setup for here. Good trick for RWD is to lower your Throttle sensitivity down to 25% or lower. Will help with sliding around and give u a better pedal feel.

I dont think I can race, but wanted to help out. I gotta do a delivery right at race time.
