Voice in rFactor?

I notice references to "voice chat" in the config files with rFactor, but is that just vapor? Is voice chat possible inside rFactor? Or are folks just using Teamspeak?

there is an inbuilt voice chat but it was never really sorted properly according to the ISI bods, I have used, set it up and hosted Dedi and VC from my machine, it but it causes more hassle than it's worth so most folks use one of the proprietary VC progs like TeamSpeak or Ventrillo.
