I use this, tiny prog, uses no resources, only maps one button but it's perfect for TS, my PTT is mapped to middle mouse button and bound to left wheel button on G25 with J Bind, leaves all the rest for ingame functions and does not interfer with anything else.

With the latest version of Teamspeak 3 you can map the push to talk button anywhere you like on your wheel
