Very weird car error in RaceOn

Hey all!

I have trying to create classes in some classes, and I have been successful in all of them so far, until I got to Formula Masters. I have got the car to load up in-game, in the right class, with the right skin. However when I go to a race with only that class - it minidumps.

However:
In TA mode, the car loads but doesn't show up or has any sound, I just drive an invisible formula master car. However, once I complete my 1st lap, it cuts my off driving at forces me to view my lap, with the full car showing up with the correct sound. I then can;t drive again, even if I return to the track, I am just forced to watch my lap again.
How can this happen? The game can read the car's sounds, and physics. But only when it is a replay. It also doesn't work with AI as it just minidumps.
