Very slow control selection screen

Hi everyone,
has anybody ever experienced a sudden very slow control selection screen? for example, i have set 3 control profile for my g25, but it takes an age for it to select them on the control screen. If i go advanced it`s fine, back to normal clicking speed.
The speed is fine on everything else apart from the control profile selection screen.
i`ve uninstalled the game. reinstalled it from disk and from steam but both still have the painfully slow control screenstill
has anyone ever experienced / rectified this?

Exactly the same for me. Dont no whats going on but I just cope with it. Im also wondering if anyone nows a fix for this.

The same for me, but i think its the PC. Its not a powerful PC and i guess it is.

hi guys, were your two`s fast before then and all of a sudden they went slow?

i`m sure my pc isn`t to blame (gx2, q6600 3.9GHZ).

Hey guys, I used to have the same problem.
The fix is to unplug all unidentified usb devices, such as: cradles, UPSes, etc.
If it doesn't work, just unplug everything, but mouse and keyboard.
The problem is that the PC "thinks" those unidentified devices are game controlers and it tries to identify them as game controlers, which is kinda wrong way

It takes time to actuallyrealise that, that's why the control panel is sooo slow.

P.S. Don't forget to reboot after unpluging the devices
