Hey guys

Okay here are the skins created by me over the last few weeks.

38 in total, 19 Chevrolet and 19 Peugeot.

All completely fictional of course, but I hope you enjoy them.

I have given all the cars different numbers and names from the originals in game, so you should be able to run them alongside the original skins.

Pretty new to the modding aspect on the rfactor platform, and this is my first attempt.

Haven't found a way to have the game read a new RFM file hence the reason for the new numbers and names.

Does it have an rfm (check the zip/rar file of the mod whether there is an rfm folder)? Otherwise you'll find it under "all cars".

The fact that you can't get any mods working tells me you probably aren't extracting it into the right place. Make sure it is extracting properly, into the correct folders. When it asks you whether you want to merge the folders, say yes.

A note of advice, don't go mental on the mods. Hardly any are actually worth it compared to the quality of the default content, and some of them just screw with your game, mixing classes up, etc. I usually add extra tracks, but I only have a few extra mods. If you go to the downloads section of RaceDepartment, the good mods are anything by Lazarou and by Patrick Giranthon.

The problem is, the mods I tried so far, it only appear on the rfm or the main menu but it does not show up in the All Cars Menu. Is there any way to make those cars appear on all cars menu?

Well it is possible; the BES mod shows up under all cars, for example, but I'd need to investigate how. Probably it shares a class with another vehicle, I am not sure.

In the rfm folder, look at reiza14.rfm
The vehicle filter line contains all the cars, so you can make the mod appear by adding the mod's reiza number to the end of that line.

How do I activate the DRS in a mod? I'm doing a mod, and I already created the .gen files with the correct sintax and did the DRS 3D with the DRS Textures, like F-Reiza and F-Extreme. What should I do now? It's some line in HDV or rFM?

I would suggest making the windshield a little more transparent because it looks too milky.

Its much to dark its just for testing and I have to make a complete new one, don't worry when its finished it will look fine

Solved:

Invert the upgrades positions in upgrades.ini. The first will be the default..

Other solution?
