OK after hours of practice, I have a setup that works....

I turned all gears back to the left 1 through 7....top speed was about 190MPH

I led from pole till lap 16 when a HRT got in the way under breaking and cost me a nose....I pitted new nose and wheels. Came out in 4th, continued until rain eased right off, Webber, Vettle and some others pitted for Options but I stayed out for 3 more laps until I was losing some time to them then pitted for Options came out in 3rd then pushed the car as hard as I could taking fastest lap @ 1:35.00 and the win. I know this is slow but remember the car is set-up for Wet.
