But that was not possible... the tires fitted when the session moved from Practice to Qual could not be changed. Anyhow having 2 compounds available in the race makes for more variation in strategy.

Oh... I used the same tyre all the way, so that was a surprise.

It might. But parc ferme have it's strategy quirks as well

I was able to change tires in qualifying but only before I went out for the 1st time in qualifying. As soon as I went out my tires were fixed.

The server can be set to allow freedom to all drivers. I dont know how, but I know it can...lol

The ideal settings is free Qualy choices and free Race choices. In this case for the race we have more strategy options since the start.
My strategy was around softs...but the problem was that tires pressures were different from my Qualy settings to my Race settings. Also some minor changes like brake ducts that were fixed also after Qualy.
Because of parce ferme I could not change those things for the race.

I am sorry @Sven-Arne Andersson, you went wide on turn 4 I went on the inside only to see a car spun in the middle of the road, because I use 32 FOV on 22 inch monitor I saw him a bit to late, took avoiding actions but I managed to hit him and that pushed me to your car.

No worries Kreshnik - I understood that the standing car occurred very suddenly and what I remember nothing
happened to my car unless some paintscrach.
